Workshop Description:

The NLI team partners with AZ Impact for Good (formerly Alliance of Arizona Nonprofits + Arizona Grantmakers Forum) to facilitate an interactive workshop where nonprofits learn about the Nonprofit Lifecycles table and stages, apply learnings to a real-life case study, and determine their organization’s stage. This training will help nonprofits assess capacity imbalances throughout their organization and will help them determine what areas they should be focusing on for growth.

The Workshop is supported by BHHS Legacy Foundation, Abbett Family Foundation, and Vitalyst Health Foundation.  


Teams of 3-5 members register to attend the 6 hour workshop through AZ Impact for Good. Nonprofits from any state are welcome to register and attend.  Registration is free for AZ Impact for Good members. **Scholarships are available for Arizona headquartered nonprofits who are not yet members of AZ Impact for Good!  Login to your AZ Impact for Good account to apply for a scholarship here.**

Nonprofits headquartered in Arizona are eligible for a minimum of 4 hours of consulting per organization ($600+ value) upon successful completion of the workshop and Lifecycles Selfie.

Attendance Requirements:

Organizations must register a team of 3-5 people including CEOs/EDs, Board Chairs and incoming Board Chairs, and other key staff team members.  Members of this team must attend the workshop and complete the Lifecycles Selfie to be eligible for consulting support.
