Associate Support Officer, Nicole Jackson

In addition to her role at the Nonprofit Lifecycles Institute, Nicole Jackson currently works at the U.S. Department of Labor as a Policy Advisor focused on workforce development, apprenticeship, and youth employment issues. Nicole previously served as the Deputy Associate Director of Policy at the White House in the Office of Dr. Jill Biden. Prior to serving in the Biden-Harris Administration, Nicole worked in Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan’s Office of Workforce Development where she led a temporary work experience program for returning citizens during the COVID-19 pandemic.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in Urban Studies from Stanford University and received her M.S. in Community Health and Prevention Research (CHPR) from the Stanford University School of Medicine.
