Nonprofit Capacity Virtual Workshop

webinar series cultivating capacity

Join us for February’s Virtual Workshop

Workshop Description:

During this interactive workshop, nonprofit teams will learn about the Nonprofit Lifecycles table and stages, apply learnings to a real-life case study, and determine their organization’s stage. This training will help nonprofits assess capacity imbalances throughout their organization and will help them determine what areas they should be focusing on for growth. The 6 hour virtual workshop is open to nonprofit teams of 3 to 5 from any location.

**Arizona headquartered nonprofits can receive a scholarship and are eligible for a minimum of 4 hours of consulting per organization ($600+ value) upon successful completion of the workshop and Lifecycles Selfie. Login to your AZ Impact for Good account to apply for a scholarship here.**

This workshop is facilitated by the NLI team in partnership with AZ Impact for Good (formerly Alliance of Arizona Nonprofits + Arizona Grantmakers Forum) with generous support from BHHS Legacy Foundation, Abbett Family Foundation, and Vitalyst Health Foundation.

Attendance Requirements:

Organizations must register a team of 3-5 people including CEOs/EDs, Board Chairs and incoming Board Chairs, and other key staff team members. Members of this team must attend the workshop and complete the Lifecycles Selfie to be eligible for consulting support.
