The Lifecycles Deep Dive for Nonprofits is an intensive 18-month program designed for a single nonprofit to receive the personalized guidance of a Lifecycles-trained consultant to support their capacity building journey. This one-on-one support from a consultant assists the nonprofit organization to complete a full capacity self-assessment, develop a capacity improvement plan, and begin implementation – mirroring the depth of work achieved in the Lifecycles Lift Cohort Program.
Throughout the program, the NLI-matched consultant receives continuous support from NLI, ensuring fidelity and effective project management every step of the way.
