Through our cohort programs, organizations participate in structured development experiences using the Lifecycles Self-Assessment and Capacity Improvement Plan. Alongside shared learning, peer support, and collaborative dialogue, participants benefit from integrated business consulting expertise to drive sustainable growth.

Lifecycles Level Set: 12-month cohort program

Virtual or in-person group sessions for nonprofits led by NLI team to navigate an introductory Capacity Self-Assessment and Capacity Improvement Plan.

Lifecycles Lift: 15-month in-person cohort program

In-person group sessions facilitated by NLI team. Nonprofits paired with Lifecycles consultant complete 3-month Capacity Self-Assessment and Capacity Improvement Plan, then 12-month implementation phase.

Lifecycles Launch: 24-month in-person cohort program

Full-length program facilitated by NLI team. Nonprofits paired with Lifecycles consultants complete a comprehensive 6-month Capacity Self-Assessment and Capacity Improvement Plan. Followed by an 18-month guided and supported implementation phase.
