Lifecycles Level Set: Nonprofit Capacity Building Cohort Program

The Lifecycles Level Set is a 12-month cohort program designed for up to 15 nonprofits, selected in partnership with the funder. This introductory program equips organizations to build capacity by completing a Mini Self-Assessment (referred to as the ‘Selfie’) and creating a 6-month Improvement Plan. The NLI team guides participants through virtual or in-person sessions, fostering a shared understanding of their Lifecycles stage across essential organizational areas.

Program Includes:

Virtual Option: Nine 2-hour virtual group sessions OR In-Person Option: Three 4-hour group sessions (additional travel costs apply).

Two one-on-one sessions between each nonprofit organization and NLI

A Final Report, which includes consultant and nonprofit reflections, lessons learned, and key recommendations for sustained success.

✔ Each participant receives a copy of Nonprofit Lifecycles: Stage-based Wisdom for Nonprofit Capacity to aid their capacity-building journey.

Additional Considerations:
